Marc Ian Rose, CCO, mmCHANNEL
Marc Ian Rose serves as Chief Commercial Officer for mmCHANNEL, maintaining over 20 years of industry and consulting experience specializing in strategic business and technology solutions within the Consumer Products, High Technology and Communications industries. He has held senior management positions involving the execution of business creation, process innovation and solutions integration for Fortune 50 organizations during his service with The McCall Group, Ernst & Young, Capgemini and as an Independent Business Advisor; such as Director of IT Development for a High Tech organization, Director of Telecommunications practices in Chile, interim CIO for a data transport carrier and Deputy Director of Technology Services Operations in Spain.
Marc has extensive experience in international, "mission critical" operational and product launch efforts, specifically in Europe, Latin America and the United States. He earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in International Studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Throughout his professional tenure, he has achieved additional business and technology accreditations, as well as serving as Corporate Chairman for charitable events conducted with The March of Dimes, Special Olympics and Atlanta Opera.

Andrew Swartz, User Experience Expert, Serco ExperienceLab
Andrew is a Managing Consultant at ExperienceLab, designing and leading commercial research projects, with a special focus on mobile hardware and software. He also has a particular interest in the effects of high technology on society and democracy. Before coming to Serco, Andrew spent eight years working at Apple Computer on instructional design and usability issues for projects ranging from HyperCard, the first commercial hypertext product, to Newton, the first commercial PDA (personal digital assistant). He also worked for three years at a company that developed police intelligence software.
Andrew studied Psychology at Yale University where he graduated summa cum laude (highest honours) as a Scholar of the House. In addition to his usability work, Andrew has worked and volunteered as a butcher, a blood bank worker, a medical researcher measuring the size of pancreatic nuclei, and escorting elderly ladies to sherry socials.

Anna M. Chagnon, President and CEO, Bitstream
Bitstream President and CEO Anna Chagnon is successfully transforming the wireless browsing, publishing and font technology company to address the new demands of digital and Web-based communications and play a leading role in the advancement of the mobile Internet. In this role, Anna led the introduction of ThunderHawk, the first browsing technology for carriers and handset manufacturers to display full web pages on mobile phones. Most recently, Anna brought to market BOLT, a mobile browser for consumers that works on mobile phones of all types. Hailed as the fastest and most fully-featured mobile browser, BOLT was downloaded over 1.5 million times in the first six months of its public beta and is the first J2ME browser to support streaming video from popular video sharing sites like YouTube and MySpace.
Anna was appointed as chief executive officer in 2003. Prior to that, she held the roles of executive vice president, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and general counsel. Under her leadership, the company was ranked #25 on the 2008 Fortune Magazine list of America's fastest-growing small public companies and named by The Boston Globe to "The Globe 100" list of fastest growing companies and is consistently cited as a one of the "Top Women-Led Businesses" by both the Commonwealth Institute and Babson College.
Using the lessons learned from the development efforts of ThunderHawk and BOLT, Anna has presented at numerous wireless and mobile industries, including iDate, iWireless World, Mobile Enterprise, NetWorld + Interop and the Wireless Security Conferences.
Prior to joining Bitstream, Anna served as counsel to Progress Software Corporation and also specialized in corporate law at prestigious Boston firms Peabody & Arnold and Warner & Stackpole. A truly diverse leader, Anna received her Bachelor of Science in from Northeastern University and holds both a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and Juris Doctor from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.

Tero Sarkkinen, M Sc. (Econ. and BA), is an experienced international software business manager. He is CEO of Futuremark Corp. (Finland) , a company employing over 60 people in Finland, US and China. Futuremark serves customers around the world within PC, cell phone and automotive industries. Tero established Futuremark's US subsidiary in Silicon Valley in 1999 and ran the US operations for 7 years. He has lead Futuremark’s rapid organic growth while maintaining good net income margins. Mirjana Spasojevic is a Senior Principal Scientist and Team Lead of the IDEA (Innovate, Design, Experience, Animate) team in the Nokia Research Center in Palo Alto, CA. In her role as a user research evangelist and a passionate advocate for very human mobile experiences, she focuses on ethnographic and lab based studies of mobile technologies. In the last several years she has been investigating how and why people use camera phones and has been conducting international studies of mobile web services. Prior to Nokia, Mirjana has worked as a senior design researcher at Yahoo! Mobile business unit, and a senior research scientist and project manager at HP Labs where she was a member of the Cooltown program. She also has experience from the startup world, as a technical member of Transarc Corp. and academia as an assistant professor at Washington State University.

Terence Warmbier is Director Business Development, Europe, for Immersion Corporation, the leader in tactile feedback technology. He has been responsible for the adoption of Immersion’s technology by Europe’s wireless communications ecosystem: mobile handset manufacturers, operators, and the content applications development community. Terence has an strong understanding of the many aspects that make up a successful ecosystem, having led engagements with leading players in the wireless industry, built strong relationships, secured license agreements, and supported implementation of the technology. He continues to work closely with device manufacturers, operators and mobile developers across Europe to expand understanding of the opportunities for haptics, including for haptic-enabled content and services.
Terence has 25 years experience in international high-technology markets. In this time, he has brought new technologies to market and developed new markets for technologies, while building successful long-term customer relationships. He has an extensive knowledge of the mobile communications industry at all levels.
His earlier experience includes engineering and marketing positions in the semiconductor, industrial computing system, smartcards and satellite communications industries.

Rob has more than ten years of marketing, strategic business development, telecommunications and internet experience. Prior to taking on his current role as marketing director for Mformation, Rob worked at Vodafone Plc. for both Vodafone Group and the Vodafone UK operation. At Vodafone he led a range of programmes, including the Vodafone Device Management initiative in 2004. This initiative led to Vodafone taking a leading position in this area and to the deployment by Vodafone operating companies around the world of device management-based services for their subscribers. Prior to Vodafone, Rob led the marketing strategy team at the internet technology company Magex. Previously, Rob worked as a consultant for the NatWest Group.
Rob holds an MBA with distinction from Cranfield University, United Kingdom and an Honors Degree in Economics and Finance from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
